Easter Menù 2015

As we said last week in our section “News”, we advise our customers that the restaurant will be open for lunch on Sunday 05/04/2015, on the occasion of Easter, offering you a special menù for this festivity.

As STARTERS, we will prepare for you:

• Rustic Sicilian Dish, composed by Caponata, Tomato Bruschetta, Eggplant roll and “Panelle”
• Warm seafood salad with oil and lemon, formed by Mussels, Clams, Shrimps, Octopus and Squids
• Mixed Gratin

As FIRST COURSES, we propose you:

• Tagliatelle with Asparagus and Shrimps
• Norma Pasta

As SECOND COURSE, we thought of a classic dish of the Easter tradition:

• Glazed Lamb with caramelized Onions

As DESSERT, we offer you:

• Sicilian Cassata

The Easter menù is also composed by the following DRINKS, in order to accompany your palate during the lunch:

• Water
• A bottle of “Chiaramonte” of “Firriato” every four people
• Coffee

The price is 60 Euro per person.
